| The Rainham Association for Village Events (R.A.V.E.) was
formed with the primary objective of promoting community activities
centred on Rainham Village for the benefit of all.
Over the past few years, R.A.V.E. has been responsible for the organising of many events within the village. The organisation has also increased community spirit, improving relations between residents, shopkeepers, businesses and the local authority. R.A.V.E. is most well known for the two fayres that it is responsible for organising each year. Click on the two links below to get the latest news from these two events. |

| Membership of R.A.V.E. is open to anyone living or working in Rainham,
Wennington or South Hornchurch. The committee consists or four officers :-
Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Meetings Secretary; and not less than six
or more than eight other members with full voting rights, together with a
representative from Havering Council Town Centre Management Team. Throughout the year, committee meetings are held, of which at least three are open meetings and one an AGM. All meetings are now held in the Pavillion in the park unless otherwise stated. More information on meetings and events will be published on the News Ticker (above) |
